Delete Your Locaver Account

Delete from within the app

1. Open the Locaver app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Setting to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Tap Continue on the “Delete your account?” confirmation.
5. Type DELETE in the “Confirm deletion” dialog and tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email info@locaver.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your profile and account credentials
• your listings (showcases) and their photos and videos
• job posts you've created and any offers tied to them
• your messages and conversations
• your reviews and review replies
• your availability settings and credential declarations

Data is removed from our production systems as part of this process. Any residual copies retained in backups for security or fraud-prevention purposes are purged during our regular backup rotation, within 30 days.
